You should not swear in the month of ramadan, your trying to decrease your sins not to increase your sins.
Think before you speak because all the jiins/shaytaan/devils are locked up in the month of ramadan, what ever you do with your body is at your own permission so don't think you are forced to swear,lie,backbite and fight.
If somebody is being rude to you, just ignore them, they are trying to get your attention.
